Fees + Funding
With the Government’s introduction of funded childcare for eligible 9 month olds, at Devon Nurseries we will include all eligible children in our funded offer. The following funded sessions and additional services are correct as of 1st April 2025 for all funded children.
The 30 and 15 hours funding is based on term time only. At Devon Nurseries, we offer the funding all year round; this is known as the stretched model. We believe this is a better model for working families.
If your child is entitled to “15” hours this will entitle you to 3 funded sessions a week (total- 11 ¼ hours) all year round. If your child is entitled to “30” hours this will entitle you to 6 funded sessions a week (total- 22 ½ hours) all year round – subject to availability.

*Consumable charges apply – this charge covers items such as meals, snacks, drinks and nappies. This is charged at £3.50 per funded session.

Please note – funding starts the term after your child is 9 months old.
You can apply for funding and tax free childcare to help pay for additional childcare here.
Please provide us with your code when you receive it and your National Insurance number. If you can also inform us of what wrap-around care and/or additional sessions you require after the funded sessions have been applied to your bookings. Thank you.
It is your responsibility to ensure you reconfirm your eligibility every three months with the HMRC.
